How long does it take to receive my order?

Our delivery times are between 8 and 22 days.

It may take a little longer for some countries (African countries, DOM-TOM, etc...) or for some highly successful products that may require urgent production.

I only received part of my order. Is this normal?

Don't worry ! It is completely normal because the items come from different producers (shipments are therefore slightly delayed).

What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?

At Florges, we offer a 100% "satisfied or refunded" guarantee on classic products! However, no refunds can be given on customised products, which are linked to you, and cannot be recycled or resold.

If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the full price of the item as soon as it arrives at our premises.

Where do your products come from?

We work with different producers all over the world: Brazil, Netherlands, England, China, etc...
We always check the quality of the products we offer you with great care and we regularly change producers to offer you and your scum the best.
